What are the most significant things you learned from this site visit?  What questions arose from this visit?

I learned that in a major sporting facility or recreation center there is a lot more work to do than I originally thought. Now I am interested in a job like this. There is a lot of maintenance and work that goes into maintaining this facility. With marketing being the career I would like to explore, I leaned that it is important for them to market because they have to maintain funding to run the various functions of the center. My main question would be do they look more to market for sponsorship funding or to get more members?
