Ø  Shorter in Fall of ‘90
Ø  4 year was better for him than 2 year
Ø  Today 685 Athletes at Shorter
Ø  21 Competitive Sports
Ø  Have a plan for your future-Future bosses like this

Ø  Promise less deliver more
Ø  Don’t get satisfied
Ø  Pick battles big enough to fight and small enough to win

ü  If you settle you’ll never get to the top
ü  You will be looked up to more if you make promises you can keep and do better on
ü  When forced to make a decision you have to evaluate everything properly
ü  Initiative can make a huge difference anywhere you work
ü  Don’t try and learn everything on your own; learn from the best
